London
As a West London-based caterer, we cater weddings, private parties and corporate events across London, from central venues to gardens further out. We catered a 120-guest multicultural wedding at 100 Barrington (“SO DELICIOUS and professional. Everyone was asking me afterwards how they could get their hands on more“), and a 250-guest wedding blending English and multicultural traditions at Trinity Buoy Wharf: “We had truly not tasted such good wedding food ever before! Heena offered some really fun options like avocado Pani Puri as well as traditional Indian food options, and we absolutely loved the variety and choice.“
Surrey
Surrey is one of our most frequent destinations outside London, particularly for country house and countryside weddings. We catered a two-day fusion wedding at High Billinghurst Farm, a characterful barn venue near Dunsfold on the Surrey Hills – designing an English menu for the first evening and a full Indian menu the next day.
As one couple put it:“Heena designed and executed an incredible English menu on Friday including a burrata and fig tartine, a rack of lamb and an apricot crumble tart and then THE BEST INDIAN FOOD EVER on the Saturday. Multiple guests commented that it was the best wedding food and Indian food they had ever had, and many asked for recipes – particularly for the black dal and black pepper paneer. The canapes were also delicious and plentiful and she catered to any dietary requirements in a sensitive way. More generally, Heena’s team were professional and friendly and provided a fantastic service. We cannot recommend Heena enough!!!”
Somerset
We’ve travelled as far as Somerset for weddings and celebrations, including catering at North Cadbury Court, a stunning Grade one listed exclusive-use country house wedding and events venue.
As one couple shared: “Heena was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making good recommendations on dishes that worked well together and helping us to decide on a delicious selection of canapés. On the day, Heena and her team ensured everything ran very smoothly and most importantly delivered an impressive wedding feast that our guests have not stopped raving about! Sussex
Sussex is a county we know well, having catered a number of weddings here. As one couple put it after their summer wedding: “Heena catered our wedding in Sussex in August and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough! So many of our guests were praising the food, it was absolutely delicious.”
We’ve also catered at Trading Boundaries near Uckfield, for a 130-guest wedding blending Gujarati and English traditions: “We felt Heena listened to what we needed… the feedback from our guests, it was the best wedding food they have EVER eaten.”

Buckinghamshire
We regularly cater private parties and family celebrations across Buckinghamshire. One client shared this after we catered their house-warming and birthday celebration: “We used Heena’s catering for our house warming/bday party, and both my husband and I were so impressed with everything from the professional service of the waiters, the excellent variety of dishes and bowl food which catered nicely for veg and non veg requirements. We could just enjoy ourselves with our guests and not worry about serving the food. Our guests were incredibly impressed with the food. Hertfordshire
Hertfordshire’s mix of country houses and modern event spaces makes it a popular setting for both weddings and corporate catering. We had the pleasure of catering at North Mymms Park, a 16th-century Elizabethan mansion near Hatfield, and Ashridge House, a historic former royal residence near Berkhamsted.
Essex
We cater weddings, private parties and corporate events across Essex, from coastal venues to countryside estates.
We’ve catered a wedding at Braxted Park, a grand country house near Witham: “Heena’s team did everything to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have imagined more delicious food for our big day! Our friends and family are still raving about the catering. From the creatively executed fusion canapés to the traditional Indian wedding breakfast, they’ve never experienced anything like it. And it was exactly as we wanted. We are so appreciative for all the effort by the team. We’re over the moon with how everything turned out on the day!”
Berkshire
Being close to West London, Berkshire is one of our regular catering areas, particularly for corporate events near the M4 corridor and weddings in the county’s countryside venues.
We’ve catered field weddings for 160 guests at Ilsley Farm Barns, working from a 6×6 catering tent and remote kitchen.
As one couple said: “From start to finish, working with Heena was a dream. She managed my slightly tricky grandmother with ease and really helped us co-create the perfect menu. On the day, guests came up to us saying it’s both the best wedding food and best Indian food they’d ever had. The quote of the day was “Heena’s butter chicken is better than Gymkhana’s”. And Heena was on hand to help fix any and all problems. She was also comfortable with all dietary requirements and her team were brilliant – incredibly helpful in getting the tent ready for lunch + dinner/helping with the drinks reception (the list goes on). Middlesex
Middlesex sits at the heart of our regular Indian catering coverage area, close to our West London base, and we cater a wide mix of weddings, private parties, and corporate events here.
Kent
We travel to Kent regularly for weddings and celebrations, from orchard and countryside venues to coastal settings. We catered a marquee wedding at a private house in the county: “We are so happy we chose you as our wedding caterer. You and the team smashed it – food, drinks, lighting the candles, calming us all down, and even sorting out venue issues. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we loved that it was so different from the standard Indian wedding food. Hampshire
We cater weddings and private celebrations across Hampshire, from New Forest-adjacent countryside venues to coastal event spaces. We’ve catered at both Froyle Park, near Alton, and Pylewell Park in the New Forest near Lymington – two of the county’s most sought-after wedding venues.
Oxfordshire
Oxfordshire’s country house and manor wedding venues are a regular part of our coverage, and we bring full catering and service teams out to the county throughout the year, including to Stratton Court Barn near Bicester.
Wiltshire
We travel to Wiltshire for weddings and larger celebrations. We catered a marquee wedding at a private home in the county for a couple whose son was getting married: “We are very grateful to Heena for the excellent job she did catering for our son’s wedding at our home. All our family and guests loved the food. It was a pleasure to plan everything with Heena – we felt we were in good hands right from the start. We had two opportunities for tasting different dishes, and Heena was very helpful with suggestions to help us tailor the menu to suit Western and Asian palates. On the day, the presentation and serving were done very professionally, the food looked great, and it tasted fantastic! Dorset
Dorset is one of the furthest reaches of our regular coverage area, and we’re happy to travel here for weddings and special celebrations, including at Gorwell Farm near Weymouth.
Cotswolds
The Cotswolds is another beautiful part of our coverage area, and we’ve catered weddings at Elmore Court, a historic house blending English and Hindu ceremony traditions in one celebration. As one couple shared: “Our guests have not stopped raving about the food… other than the food being amazing, I really valued her understanding and professionalism.”
Bedfordshire
We’ve also catered weddings in Bedfordshire, including at Newton Park Barn near Turvey, for a couple who wanted fusion food to reflect their mixed-race heritage.
